"We never got breakfast because there was no water. This was probably not the hotels' fault. But we couldn't even flush the toilet, forget about taking a shower or making coffee in the room. The next day there was a letter under the door saying this might happen, so we didn't know if there was water or not. We had to go buy bottled water to flush the toilet and brush our teeth. "From the beginning of my stay all the way to the end was perfect. The staff were phenomenal; from the man at the valet greeting me with a smile and warm embrace, to the desk receptionist being generous and bubbly, to even the waitress and cook being very nice and understanding. Overall, I would go back again because even the room was chefs kiss!!"
