"The entire staff, English speaking and nonspeaking, is incredibly helpful and attentive. My family and I had an amazing time there to relax and unwind. They have multiple onsens available to male and female guests and they change the availability throughout the day. The food was an amazing dining experience as well. They have an array of tastes and bites for the breakfast meal and dinner."

"I wish I never had to leave. I don't remember the last time I felt that relaxed when I was in my own private Onsen. And the shear beauty of the location as well. It was simply serene! The staff put my name on everything, including the menu for dinner. There was also a museum on the first floor teaching the history of onsens. All and all, an absolutely amazing experience!!!"
