Restaurant & lobby also have great views in the 13th floor. All guests rooms are on the floors below the lobby. We choose a slightly larger which was so worth it which had a large bathroom with deep soaking bath & separate rain fall shower. Abundance of dining options all around & all walkable. "

"The room was quite nice, albeit a bit small. One main issue I had was that I could often hear other guests clearly through the hallway. However this is situational so it didn't bother me too much. Regarding the breakfast, you really do only get what you pay for. The breakfast is handled by a nearby cafe with a very limited menu. No option for soft drinks such as juice or even water, only coffee or tea. I ended up skipping most of the breakfasts there due to this. Great for a budget stay. Close...

"We loved this hotel!! We stayed here for a week long trip and had such an amazing time. The room was clean and always smelled good. There’s extra storage space under the bed to keep things out of our way, which helped us keep tidy. We received fresh towels each day and a full cleaning every third day. "First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. "

"The rooms are small, which is normal in Japan hotels. Central air conditioning not turned on. Room was quite warm and we could only control speed of fan, not temperature. Hotel has 2 convenience stores and a few restaurants. Location is great. Walking distance to shopping, train stations, restaurants. Would stay here again!"
