"Incredible staff, great facilities, and its hard to best a washer/dryer right in the room! I cant stress enough for first timers how useful that is to have. The location is also incredible, with close transit access and 24 hour convenience stores nearby. If we come back, we will definitely be staying with Tokyu Stay again!"

"It has a pretty quick check in and check out. Although at the beginning we thought our room was small, we figured out it was perfect for us and we soon called it home for a few days! The breakfast is amazing and the staff is super friendly. The AC is good and cleaning is great.. totally recommended. Close to the West N exit of Ikebukuro station and other popular spots."

"My first time staying long term at a love hotel and WOW, what a great experience. Staff is very friendly and professional. Staff speaks English so it made things a lot easier. This hotel provides an insane amount of free amenities, including alcohol and other drinks. I don't drink alcohol but it's there if you do. Overall a great experience, I plan to stay here again on the future if it's available for my next trip."

"The place is big and priced well for it's size. It's also within reasonable walking distance from ikebukuru station. But, it was not clean when we arrived and the cleaners arrived only at 8PM. The shower smells strongly of mold and if you leave the shower door open, you can smell it in the entire house. One of the beds is broken and the sofa chair is also broken (bent out of shape leg). Old thin towels, and in general a feeling the place is minimally maintained. It's ok if you need a big place...
