"The cabin was adorable and was very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking: pots/pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc.. The location of the campground was near downtown Gatlinburg and the amenities were exceptional. The staff reached out and was very kind when we had a late arrival and ensured we were able to check in. We loved our stay! "

"This place may have been in its glory days back in the 90's. But the parking arrangments were the worst ive ever seen. Having to park in an alternate parking lot and walk up stairs was not ideal for me having a disability. Then both of our room keys didnt work. Then i was under the impression people werent supposed to smoke in their room but i could smell it from the balcony. "It is a little dated but the room was clean. The lock on the door was broken but I travel with an extra lock anyway! Breakfast was good. It is a good place to stay for the money. It is very close to downtown Gatlinburg and you could save a ton of money on parking if you were going downtown. "

"This pace is old and lots of broken items. We had to walk a large distance to the bkfst room. 1/4 MI because the elevator was broken. The bathroom light flashed like a strobe when you turned it on. So live with rhe strobe or use it in the dark. Patios need lots of cleanup as do the grounds. "

"The property is surrounded by others recently modernized and stands out as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and efficient. My room seemed one of the ones not recently updated. Still it was clean, comfortable and quiet to a degree that was impressive. I would say that it is overall homey and comfortable, as if your relative was expecting you and had cleaned it meticulously before you got there.
