"Booked two rooms for two nights to celebrate a graduation. Two members of the party were unable to travel at the last minute. Hotel would not let us cancel second room, so it remained empty. They did not care, though they could’ve easily rented it to someone else. "

We had a balcony overlooking the creek but on that balcony was also 2 air conditioners so unless we turned them off we couldn’t hear the running creek.
