The is hotel is a great location from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. You will have the occasional bear sighting at the back end of the property.

Family and I stayed for 4 nights...it was very quiet and cozy and staff was very knowledgeable on different options available for the area. I would and will definitely stay again in the future

Clean and quiet

Older hotel but clean. Front desk was helpful with directions for around Gatlinburg. Extra bath linens for our family was met with a smile. Air conditioner was a little loud but worked great. Location is a little ways out of downtown life, but that suited us. Quiet. Overall we would stay here again.
