"We arrived to our room and didn't realize when we booked this it was not actually booking into The Signature but rather a third party. When we arrived in our room it smelled horrible. We immediately called the property Manager SVS and they gave us some options so we opted for the room spray. It didn't help. We left for dinner and came back and was going to make coffee for the next day and the coffee pot had mold in it. We yet again contacted the property manager and Expedia. Around the same...

"I thought I picked a room with a balcony, but it ended up being a lottery on what I got. I saw some dings on the wall upon arrival, the room is always warm and the ac doesn’t get it cold enough, and the toilet flush was low flow… Fair warning, the listing is 3rd party owned and not part of the hotel itself. That being said, the phone in the room will not dial and you’d have to communicate directly through Expedia’s messaging system."

"Hotel was clean, they provided towels, dryer, shampoo and soap. Pool and hot tub were open and well maintained. There was a gas station next door and some food places nearby. The strip was easy to get to with the bus stop that's within walking distance. Staff was friendly and informative, especially the evening lady."

"There isn’t a fountain view and the check in is with the security. Not the hotel lobby. You stay in line for a while to be told to go check in at a different place. And the security team isn’t always there. So you have to wait more time. Not convenient at all. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were some black hair all over the chair. For this price and the poor service, you’re better off staying in an hotel nearby."

"Apartment suite. Nicely laid out. Bedroom can be made private from kitchen, living room, and restroom. Staff - very nice & helpful. Only amenities in room - bathroom items and enough coffee for one pot. But overall very nice."
