In addition, the room did not have toothpaste among the provided toiletries. I hope the hotel can improve the accuracy of its booking information and ensure that essential amenities are available for guests."

"Due to weather delays, our connecting flight at O'Hare was missed and we stayed here for the night before our next flight could leave in the morning. It is convenient to the airport, quiet, clean, and a good place to be when the unexpected happens!"

"Air conditioning not working Toilet leaking, told clerk at front desk, he told us: put a towel over the water Tv not working ( turn on and off by itself) No fridge, I asked for an iron, to borrow or I could rented, he told they didn’t have any. Terrible, not recommended."

"One of the very worst hotels I ever stayed at. It’s close to the airport but that’s about it. Upon entering the rooms the smell was off. I went immediately to check how clean the beds are. Dead insects were on the dirty mattresses. There was mold above the shower in the bathroom. As for the carpet, you don’t want to step barefoot on it. The sofa bed was a joke. It was thin, ripped, you could feel each and every spring in it, and the metal frame broken. I have no idea how they would advertise...
