The room was nice except for the water damage in the ceiling (this is a worry for mold) and a rip in the curtain which makes me wonder how detailed they are in keeping the rooms updated and safe. Room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. They always have excellent customer service. Easy check in and warm cookies were nice. I just regret not being able to try the breakfast. I had to leave early due to a family matter.

EXCELLENT LOCATION TO STAY!!!! It required a bit of a walk to reach terminal 2 for the pick-up from terminal 1. The driver was incredibly friendly, truly one of the best pick-ups I've ever experienced, and the front desk staff were equally wonderful. She even called to remind me the time bus leave for ORD in the morning. The room was very clean and spacious. It's definitely a great place for an overnight stay to catch a flight the next morning at ORD. Will definitely be back!!!
