"Hotel was in a nice location and the staff tried hard to please. Unfortunately the room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around each other. The bed creaked and the fan rattled. No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings once the tourists leave."

"Great place to stay—much better than I expected. The staff was incredibly attentive and always willing to help. Although the breakfast was the same every morning, it was consistently fresh and delicious, so I really enjoyed it.
I would definitely stay at Hotel Conterie again next year when I bring my family. I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons, but what impressed me the most was how exceptionally clean everything was. The service was outstanding, and it made my 5-day stay in Venice...

"Bel Hôtel très récent et très pratique pour visiter Venise, la station de Vaporetto est à 300 m. La chambre triple est très spacieuse, propre et agréable. Les petits-déjeuners sont très bons. "We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had one issue when we discovered that the sofa bed sheets were not clean. We reported it to the staff, and they replaced the sheets promptly. We also had to request a blanket, bedsheets, and pillows for the all beds. Compared with other hotels, I believe these are basic items that should already be provided.
