Overall we had an average stay at this property. Reception desk service is not friendly, they do not reply to your Salam or greet guests in a friendly manner. Staff in breakfast were friendly and accommodating.

Although this is probably the nicest hotel in Madinah right by the prophet’s mosque we had a couple of issues. Even though we paid for breakfast it wasn’t available since their kitchen was shutdown, they offered us to go to another hotel after getting upset, it was hugely inconvenient. They had construction going on in the room above us which prevented us from sleeping during the day, we called to complain but not much was done.
