"I would rather be given what I paid for rather than be treated nicely by staff after having had to complain. Booked two rooms, both had to be changed because they were not what were expected. I communicated with the Hotel about the need for two twin rather than one king bed and they would only say 'subject to availability'. On getting there, there were no twin beds. A complaint to the manager resulted in changing our room to one with twin beds the same night. So it was possible but they couldnt...
