"We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium. As a lovely surprise, we were complimentary upgraded to a spacious Family Suite, which was spotless and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job every day, and their attention to detail really stood out. "Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen war wirklich hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt, und insgesamt herrschte eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. "Ich bin selbst Director of F&B und möchte die Speisen sowie die Qualität ausdrücklich loben. In dieser Menge eine solche Qualität und Frische abzuliefern, ist wirklich super! Service lässt sich allerdings noch deutlich verbessern. Den Blickkontakt mit dem Gast zu suchen, ist im Service ein absolutes Muss – ihn jedoch bewusst zu meiden, geht gar nicht. Miteinander zu reden und zu lachen ist im Team enorm wichtig, aber man darf dabei niemals die Gäste vergessen, die letztlich diesen Lohn sichern!"

"The property itself is lovely. Lots of pools , plenty of sunbeds. Staff are are very helpful and polite and a pleasure to deal with. Th beach is really nice and the pier and bar are great. There is a good activity club and children are especially well catered for in the kids area. Water slides and pools all really nice. À la carte resteraunts for lunch and dinner are well worth eating at."
