"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, jedoch mit etwas kleineren Mängeln. Wir mussten 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln, die zwei Zimmer hatten extremen Schimmelgeruch. Im 2 Zimmer war die Schiebetür kaputt, weshalb wir bis morgens mit einem lauten Geräusch schlafen mussten. Im 3 Zimmer war dieser Geruch nicht mehr da und alles war in Ordnung. Nicht nur ich habe diesen Geruch wahrgenommen sondern auch mein Mann. Das Buffet hat keine große Auswahl, wir waren letztes Jahr im Max Royal. Da sind Welten dazwischen. Für...

"The pool and food were great, and those were definitely highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the room was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness. The toilet seat had a pee stain, and there were socks left on the floor from previous guests. The room also had a damp, unpleasant smell. Overall, the hotel has some great amenities, but the room cleanliness needs significant improvement."

"For a family vacation with kids, the entire place was perfect. The kids had so much fun, we didn't need to leave the property for the entire four days we were there. The food was beyond amazing, the entire hotel is very clean. The bed was a little bit firm for me but there were other beds within the room amd they were so much better for me. Overall, i would definitely come back again."

"Excellent resort. Food and drinks were brilliant. Swimming pools were well maintained and my kids loved the water slides. All staff from reception to cleaners were very helpful and any issues were dealt with promptly. Rooms were very clean. Overall very pleased and will definitely book again."
