"While we stayed on the Gold Coast the Outrigger was ideal for us. The only disappointing thing was the fact that there is a new building going up in front of it so no sea view. Mind you only a few minutes away from the beach with good walking facilities available for plenty of walking by the beach. Also close to shops."

"Favourite holiday spot. Staff were excellent this trip as my husband had a heart operation and staff were very mindful and assisted us move our luggage etc Unlike the big Mantra hotel on the border of NSW and QLD.

"Fully renovated rooms above the bar and bistro in the centre of town. Parking at rear could be a problem but we snared the last spot at the time on arrival. Staff were most helpful and changed our allicated riom to the rear and not above the bar. Most appreciated. Good use of space in rooms with kitchenette facilities including stovetop hotplates but no utensils for their use. Good ensuite space. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great bar and bistro downstairs for an easy relaxing evening."

"The room was fine, there were a few little things that I noticed that could’ve done with a proper clean. The bed was awful. We stayed three nights and by the third both of us were nearly crippled.
The breakfast buffet was a tad disappointing, though the staff there were fantastic.
There was issues with hot water and we ended up with barely warm water for the last night and morning showers.
Reception staff were super friendly upon check in and out.
Location is good too, tucked away like it...
