"Staff: Jose our concierge Advisor was absolutely AMAZING! The entire staff was so warm and friendly! The resort was beautiful and very clean. I will definitely stay again when we return in April 2026. Thanks for an awesome 1st time experience in Cancun!!!"

"Everything was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The pool area was amazing, the pool was very enjoyable, and the poolside seating was extremely comfortable. We especially loved the pool activities like bingo and exercise sessions; they were really fun and well organized. Ludin was a very nice and funny guy who did an excellent job with the entertainment and made the activities even more enjoyable. The only small recommendation we would give to the resort staff is to consider placing coffee creamers in the rooms, so guests can make coffee easily without needing to go downstairs or ask for them. Other than that, everything was perfect and truly met and even exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort."
