"Desk staff were friendly. The loud music at the front desk was a little much while I was trying to hear the receptionist speaking in a loud whisper. I could do without the foreigners from India, Africa and who knows where else running the elevators - very rude and pushy, especially during checkout, where I was set upon by two of them talking at me at the same time."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They kindly accommodated our early check-in request, which made our trip much more convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"It's very centrally located. There is a mall within 10 mins for all your needs. Beside the mall, there is a subway station to help you get around the city. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Check in and out was quick. Cleaning staff was very helpful providing us with bottled water and toiletries. Just in case you run out of bottled water, there is a water dispenser on each floor to provide hot and cold drinking water. Buffet style breakfast is provided with our stay. It's adequate. My only complaints: There toilet was not equipped with a washlet (the toilet paper of the hotel is rough and not too buttock friendly). And the curtain in our room seemed to be very dusty. Everytime I opened the curtain. I sneezed for a few hours. There is also no gym in this hotel."

"The Kerry Hotel is an absolute fantastic place to stay in HongKong. The price for the “fantastic-ness” of this place is also good. I mean, I thought it would be expensive but they actually offer good rates. Very clean, very pleasant, staff is top notch professionals and very intentional in their assigned work. Rooms are spacious. Luxury that meets reasonableness in terms of price. Location is by the harbor, there are ferries outside the hotel. However, hotel is far from popular malls and usual destinations; so prepare to walk around 6 to 8 minutes to the MTR or travel a bit to reach touristy places. Perfect for company conventions, receptions. Relaxed pace of vacation, because it is not crowded. It is comfortable and spacious."
