The hotel is located at a quiet area but only 2 minutes walk to the bus and tram stops, staffs are excellent, very helpful. The front desk representatives are very polite and cheerful. "The room was clean and quite new, only a bit small. I guess it’s the standard in HK. Outdoor pool was closed during my visit and the gym is a bit small. It was very cold in the room as it has to set to a low temperature, otherwise the room would be very humid with the moisture on the wall. "
