"Yoyo has done a great job to keep our room clean and tidy thru out the 12 nights stay."

"Un poco lejos de las atracciones turísticas, sin embargo gracias al excelente transporte público es fácil moverse en la ciudad."

"Okay for low budget short stay, dehumidifier was awesome in drying out the bathroom, because there are no shower curtains, so the toilet and floor is wet after each shower. No toiletries supplied so bring your own, bonus: toilet roll available, kettle, air condition, electrical sockets, hairdryer, desk lamp didn’t work. "Basic hotel, ok if the price is decent."

"Tiny rooms but good for 1 person if you just need to stay. Hotels are typically shoeboxes in Hk anyways.."

"Excellent services provided by the hotel staff. Appreciated their hard work and services. Definitely will stay again with them if I have a chance back to Hong Kong for vacation."

"Booked a tenth-floor suite and it was superb. Professional staff at health club were awesome. Food first rate and people uniformly friendly and helpful. Location convenient and nighttime views of Hong Kong island stunning. Highly recommend the Kowloon Shangri-La."

"The location was great, quality of the service by staff was awesome but property has certain maintenance issues. The door was locked and mechanism did not work, they replaced that and it took 30 mins. Also, with the rain all savage system came out from the toilet at 2 am in the morning and they moved me another room for just one night."
