"My stay here is for meetings with customers. It is a good hotel to put up as it is convenient for customers to park right in front of the hotel. I am a World of Hyatt member, and it gives me a discount of 50% on meals when I am staying there. So, this is also cost saving for my company and the convenience."

"Overall a lovely hotel - the activities are nicely thought out for both families and couples. The downside is we visited during peak holiday season - the check-in experience was unorganised & messy (though the iced peach tea & cold towel were cooling). Other than that, most of the time staff were friendly and very accommodating. The facilities are fun & lovely, even the lifeguards are on guard, the eco-tourism aspect is well-planned. But the restaurant menus were all really pricey (a Malaysian resident package would be an option) "
