Manukan Island Spa Hotels

"Large spacious resort complex - excellent facilities - clean & well decorated communal areas (lobby, restaurant, poolside, gardens). Even though it was a large resort with many people, it didn’t feel claustrophobic and it was very quiet throughout the day and night. All staff were so friendly, pleasant & helpful. On initial inspection of the room, it was spacious & very well presented - good quality fabrics/curtains/bedding. Once settled in the room it was obvious the room was tired & sloppy and the room needed a good proper clean - flaky paint, chipped paintwork, dirty carpet, rotten wood, water damaged & faded marble, heavy layers of dust/dirty along the walls & floor, broken patio metal framed doors, dirty plastic chairs on the balcony. Bed was a bit too hard for my liking - but good quality sheets & bedding. Excellent shower pressure & lots of hot water. All in all - it was a lovely comfortable place to stay and I would stay again - however just be aware of the smaller details that doesnt make the resort 5star"

The front desk team was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent local recommendations. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, while the bar had a welcoming atmosphere with expertly crafted drinks. I highly recommend this property for its comfort and outstanding service."
