Other reviews are accurate...very run down. Is not 4 star. Windows didnt open and were filthy but as i looked out over a void into eindows about 3m away, jstvas well! First room and corridor stank of cigarette smoke in a non smoking hotel. Eventually got a new room but staff not at all concerned and didnt believe me as 'no smoking in hotel'! Italian wasnt open. Breakfast not great especially for veggies/vegans. Good they have water filtervtaps and toiletry regills...not so mych the drntal kurs though. Worst thing...no soundproofing. Can hear everything in next room and was woken up by the sound of coughing. Pool was pleasant but rooftop restaurant dreadful.

Hotel is dated and not the cleanest. But the location is pretty good, as many things are within walking distance. I feel like for the price we paid this was fine, but don't come in with high expectations.

Hotel is marked 4 star, have stayed Mercure 4 star hotels before but this one was not that great, facilities are the same, Front office etiquette when we checked in was not polite enough perhaps through lack of training and ignorance Room curtains were so dirty looked like some left hand marks with smudges all over them, Buffet - plates were not clean, so dirty saw the food particles from previous use.almost every plate checked so bad Food options and quality so bad, not 4 star like a overnight motel type of food,

Everything was okay but everytime drove back i have to fight for parking spaces with the public and always have to park 200 meters and walk back to the hotel. The hotel should provide parking spaces for its guests and not to leave its guests like me having problems during my stay..
