"This an extended stay of another 4 nights continuously from the first 6 nights so altogether 10 nights stays at Harmoni Suites because I’m very satisfied and happy with this hotel and I decided to stay longer. Lobby manager Miko, receptionist Yulia and Nano all of them are always there to help with their knowledge and willing to do whatever they can to make guests comfortable. Over this hotel is great and good for holidays short or long term. Easy access to shopping mall quiet environment and most importantly is safe. I’ll definitely comeback again soon and this will be my favorite Batam hotel overall. Great place of stay and again I would give a two thumbs up for Harmoni Suites Hotel."

"The pool area is quite narrow. To make things worse, smoking was allowed anywhere. It could also be no one was enforcing no smoking at the poolside. I was with my kids and we have to keep moving to different parts of the pool to avoid 2nd hand smokes."

"The 3 best parts were; 1) its right next to a well tenanted mall and old food streets across the roads; directly connected to mall via lift on 8 floor(need to transfer) 2) rooms were relatively well maintained 3) breakfast has a very wide variety of food. Coffee machine has decent coffee"

"A very clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. However, the noise from the main road in front of the hotel intrudes into the rooms facing it. Especially the noisy motorcycles. Would definitely stay there again but I will ask for a room facing away from the road."
