While the hotel is a bit dated and in need of a facelift the location is A++. Breakfast buffet is a bit lacking relative to other nearby hotels I’ve stayed at but great value for money nonetheless. The staff were really nice especially those working the breakfast shift.

Room is comfortable, except toilet/bath area somewhat small, plus some renovation noise from 10am to 5pm. Service is very good for a 3 star hotel. Location is good to malls and restaurants.

the location of the hotel is just a few minute walk from the Grand Batam Mall and many other local shopping, food and massage places. Overall, it is value for money to stay in this hotel. The slope at the driveway is very steep and the staircase next to it can be better improved to make walking more safe especially during raining.
