She was super helpful and enthusiastic in helping us with info on tourist attractions and mapping them for us due to the concierge desk not being open. "

"The background music in the hotel lobby and specifically in the breakfast room was too loud. Breakfast room was specially loud. Suggest introduction of a mandatory note to all guests to have their phones on silent mode and not have sound when watching videos on their phones, laptops, etc."
