"Mold in the shower and our balcony door wouldn’t open. They said it would be taken care of. We left for 5 hours nobody came fix it. We had to go back downstairs and argue with the person behind the desk. Finally they got us another room. That one was fine."

"Room was very clean and spacious. Stayed here for the BTS ARIRANG concert with my daughter May 28 2026. The hotel is off the strip but still walkable distance which I loved. There was plenty of parking as well. Staff was very friendly at check in and I did do the pre-check in as well before arriving."

"We arrived very early in the morning and were greeted by Michael who was very helpful in finding a room for us to be able to check in early. He even got us a better room than we originally booked! The room was very nice, especially the large kitchen and bathroom areas. The hotel is not far from the strip, but far enough that it was quiet. The bar was also nice and affordable. I would definitely stay at the Platinum again."

"I stayed at this hotel for six days to attend concerts at Allegiant Stadium. While the guest rooms do not come equipped with hair dryers or irons, these items can be provided upon request in advance. Since the hotel is a single-story building, there are no elevators; however, this actually proves to be an advantage, as it saves time when moving around the property. Furthermore, its excellent location—just a 15-to-20-minute walk from the stadium—is a major draw. Check-in and check-out procedures...

"Clean room, comfortable bed. Orange fused water available at the lobby. Refrigerator, Microwave and coffee machine in the room. Will come back when attend Allegiant stadium concerts. It was around 25 minutes walking distance."

"The stay was awesome. We loved the hotel and the Eataly downstairs. Our toilet handle was broken though, but still kinda worked. Location is perfect and it's quieter than the other hotel casinos nearby. There was a lot going on, so parking could be difficult at times. Also, I probably wouldn't bother with the terrace pool, it costs around $250-500 to use, and the other pools are nice. It is the one on their website pictures though."
