"Perfect location right next to the beach, many shops & restaurants within walking distance. There is good size area to hang out right by pool and play area. Rooms were clean and ours had a kitchenette. Overall a good place to stay, we will definitely return."

"I highly recommend the Historian Inn. My room was very clean and comfortable and had a somewhat quaint feel, which was carried over from the warm, charming lobby. The staff was very nice and capable. About that clean room, I note that even though I didn't have a pet, I was given a pet friendly room, since all the no pet rooms were taken. And the room I got was still perfectly clean. "

"One of the better Motel 6 I've stayed at, clean, quiet, and turn down service daily. The only issue I had was the shower design, shower nozzle had very minimal range of movement, and combined with very high water pressure (no complaints there) made it hard to keep water from making it to bathroom floor. The thin cloth curtain was no match for that angle and pressure . I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had room to park our U-Haul. There was a view of the mountains from our room on the backside of the hotel. Nice gentleman checked me in. "

"We picked this place to stay because of the price. It was very family friendly. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The host was very kind made sure we had everything we needed. Told us about available places to eat and let us know there was a grocery story in town as well. It is not overly modern which suits our sensibilities. Overall it was one of the best places we stayed at on our roadtrip. So if you are looking for a great place to lay your head this is the place. "
