I like how comfortable our stay in Go Hotels - Otis was. I spent most days inside our room reading my kindle, dancing, and sleeping coz my partner had work; truly felt like a home away from home.

Go Hotels - Otis provides one of the most affordable accommodation in the metro. Great service from the staff, the location was good, and the room and facilities are average. I think they should consider updating some rooms.

Go Hotels - Otis offers the most value for money accommodation in the metro. All of the staff are courteous and helpful. There’s an easy check-in and check-out process. Some of the facilities needs refurbishment since they are showing age and wear and tear. Overall, a good place to stay if you are around and need a stay in Manila.

The hotel is clean. From lobby to the common area and the room, it's clean. The staffs (guards, receptionist, maintenance) are welcoming. Having a guard roaming around makes me feel safe. It would be lovely if there are windows in the room. Also, it would be nice if there is a complimentary slipper. 😊

Good hotel and overall stay, minor issues

Overall, this hotel is good. I can tell prospective travellers that there are absolutely no roaches or any problems with cleanliness. The hotel overall is good with a friendly staff. The only issue is to be aware of are, there are a lot of very young clients here, so the hallways can be a little crowded or noisy at night, along with rowdy clients coming in from nightlife activities. The set up of the hotel looks like college campus and there are usually people in the hallways on the laptops or eating as I think that this hotel has zero tolerance policy for eating inside rooms. Also, the Wi-Fi procedure for signing on is cumbersome as we had to get assistance two or three times for them to reset some sort of password or assistance with signing in because the signing credentials are not working and the front desk was friendly, but I actually had to do some of the procedures for us, resetting some of the password or username. Overall, I would say that there are no issues as far as Roaches which could be common in Philippines. I would recommend this hotel. There are no concerns with roaches or cleanliness. If you don’t mind seeing a lot of kids which is a hit and miss situation that I recommend, also this is connected to a mall with limited stores and restaurant options, but not really on our neighbourhood Street where you can walk to stuff

Pleasant stay

Front desk service was a bit slow finding my booking, but the people were nice and the hotel was great. Nice, clean room with large bathroom (plus overhead rain-shower). Can be noisy at times in hallway because lack of consideration by other people. (Pinoy)
