"The ambiance is great! However they need more staff during the busiest hours and days the lines are long for a ready made breakfast. I ordered Champagne and strawberries with chocolate and whip cream I waited for over two hours from my scheduled time, I called down to the front desk several times while trying to enjoy our celebration. "Great location close to many subway stations and incredible architecture. This hotel wasn't anything fancy but it was clean and cozy place to rest in the middle of a bustling city! The staff are very kind and helpful. You can't really go wrong!"

"Check-in went very smoothly the room definitely had everything we needed. This was a staffless hotel however the Hotel staff ( James specifically )was very helpful and swift to confirm and assist with anything we needed. LOCATION was great everything we wanted to do was within a 30 min walk or less. Lots of things to eat nearby there was even a fresh market right next to the building with great breakfast options for a quick breakfast 10/10"

Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out!
