"Clean and safe - centrally located "

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Stayed for 2 nights, they were very late making my room up on the 1st day. Even though I was out of the room for the better part of the day. I am an early riser, went down for coffee a few minutes after opening (literally had been waiting for hours) and when ordering a cappuccino, staff literally waved me off saying it was ‘too early” for specialty drinks, and handed me a house coffee.. little off putting. "

"I love this place. Staff are very friendly, the have free laundry and dryer. I love the kitchen which compact but have everything i need to cook breakfast and dinner. The location is convinient to explore the city."

"Location, location, location! This property is showing its age but room is spacious, property is well managed, clean and a friendly staff. The elevator can be slow and often crowded but that is only issue we had. The area is well situated at crossroads of Tribecca, SoHo and Chinatown. Extremely walkable - with shops and restaurants at your doorstep. And almost all subway lines are within a few blocks of this hotel. For the price, this hotel can't be beat in NYC!"
