"Hotel itself is good but stay away from room 111. Next door room 112 is permanently occupied by a family with two young children. The kids are ill-mannered and scream until late at night and early in the morning. Parents do not pay attention to any remarks about quiet time and don’t give a f about the fact that the loud noise of their children disturbs other guests of the hotel. "We had a beautiful room, looked like new. However the resort is lacking atmosphere and shortly after 9pm the dining room and bar were closed. Being a resort which is quite some distance from Hurricane, guests need some form of entertainment in the evening. This will no doubt be addressed as the resort grows and attracts more clientele, then it will be wonderful."

"Property is great but will remember to request room closer to the elevator. Two 68 year old ladies had trouble walking so far to our room. We played less in the casino because of the location. 2nd to last room from the very end of the hall ways."
