Wonderful room in the center of town! Breakfast was delicious from an actual restaurant that starts at 0600 to ensure you can get started on your day early! Wildlife on property, deer, goats, turkeys, chickens, ducks etc. Also plenty of washers and dryer’s for after your hike through the narrows!

This property is centrally located in Springdale. It is close to the supermarket and within five minutes walk of a few very good restaurants, including Porters. The front desk staff were not very helpful upon check in, and the room smelt quite musty.
