"Everything was perfect. Great pool and hot tub, lovely pine trees and rock fountains/pools throughout; comfortable and well appointed rooms and kitchen. All amenities provided. Peaceful and quiet away from center of Sedona. Will stay again."

"Room was fairly clean, faucet falling off in bedroom, ant infestation kitchen and 2nd floor bedrooms. They told me to wash my clothes before leaving to prevent taking ants home, brought me 4 laundry pods. They apologized for the inconvenience, but i will never rent from this organization again, very poor customer service. "
