Having received reference from my colleague to stay in kriyamaha villa, found that this villa is terribly bad in terms of cleanliness, bugs and service.
Ants, fleas everywhere in the living room, bedroom and bed side.
Breakfast was VERY BAD, after disappointed with bfast time which informed to be delivered by 8.00am, and until 9.00am no sign if breakfast are ready to be delivered or not.
Food was very salty and bread loaf was smell like its been there for few days, food not warm at all, juice served is totally different from the explanation when arrived! No fresh juice was served for orange and pineapple like their explanation of three kind of fresh juices avail (orange, pineapple and guava).
After complaining wrong order on breakfast menu, they leave the food like feeding animal and just leave the food on tray then gone. They ask us to re-heat the food using microwave in the room.
When all complaint is submitted, reason was given that the server is a trainee!!?!??!!
No manager available in the premises???
According to the website, floating breakfast in the pool are available, but all of sudden the reception told that the floating bfast only available and upon request only when checked in. NO ONE ASK ME ABT THIS! If so, you have to explain it in the website, not answering us by simple words "by request one day before"! If TC applied, why nobody inform earlier?? No one told me abt this matter.
Staffs and villas team today was so amateur by just simply easilysay sorry!
