"Very close to the airport. Shuttle took us at 3:00 am to airport which was great. Plenty of restaurants near by. Good place to stay if you are needing to be at the airport."

"This was my second stay at Rome River. Quality was really good, beds comfortable, rooms and bathrooms very clean, location excellent and the staff is always helpful and kind. Breakfast is great, but of course it’s over in their main hotel building which is several blocks away. Our room this time was on the side with the busy street, so noise was an issue. We travel often so we’ve learned to always sleep with earplugs in this scenario. Interior rooms didn’t seem to have the noise issue. ...

Our room was old, bathroom door did not have a lock, and it had a connecting room reversed by another couple. The walls were so thin you would feel both families are staying together. "The room was definitely not what you think when someone says “luxury.” The perks were the location (10 minute walk to Trevi fountain, 20 minute walk to Colosseum, many great shops and restaurants around) PLUS it was sooooo nice having AC for sleeping at night. However, it has clearly not been updated in years. The beds are super uncomfy, we booked a queen room and got two single beds pushed together that felt like sleeping on cardboard.
