"We had a lovely time at Hotel Mayor. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. We even arrived about half hour before end of breakfast and eggs were empty. And they easily and happily made us eggs to order. Everyone we met at the hotel was wonderful and then town was quaint and interesting place to have a quiet weekend by the sea. We came in the off season and it was not crowded but clearly a popular location for summer."

"The hotel was perfect for our needs, it’s clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations on what to see and where to eat. You can walk to the beaches, restaurants and up into the old town. There was adequate parking, a pool, a hot tub and a small gym. For the money we were very satisfied and would definitely stay there again."

"While our room was very clean, it did have old mold on the shower. This hotel is older, but it probably used to be very grand. One of the things we loved was that it included our own reserved umbrella and beach lounges. It also had a balcony with a beautiful sunset view over the sea. We couldn't get really excited about the breakfast, either, but it was definitely adequate. The small town was quiet and sleepy, not a party place. It was very reasonably priced and a good value."
