Loved this property. It was very safe and close to the rail station. We loved that it was close to the bus stop and taxi stand. There were many sites within walking distance and lots of great restaurants as well. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Such a great location. Everyone was very nice. Andrea was excellent with answering my many questions, and being available at almost any time of day through WhatsApp. We still would have prefered to have someone at the desk for a bit longer throughout the day, but the WhatsApp responses were very helpful. Room was nice and clean, aside from a few things the cleaner missed from the people before. Bathrooms were small but very clean and well taken care of. Lock and entrance system took a bit to get used to, but was easy enough considering how unique and interesting the building is. Incredible view of Santa Maria Maggiore bassilica from our window. Smart TV had many channels and features. Fridge was useful but VERY small. Coffee machine with cookies available for guests, plus a microwave. We would recommend this place if you are an easy going traveller and want a great location and nice people and a solid clean room.

walk). Rooms are small but clean. There is practically no reception, it is a virtual self serve check-in and check out. They advertise reception 10AM - 10 PM it is not so, more like 10AM to 1 PM. The entrance to the property requires key on code in 3 separate doors including front gate, building door and reception door. Expect no customer service, our safe box did not close, we texted reception ( they say works 24 hrs a day) and never got answer.

Location is good with an easy access to all kind of transportations. The access in an out of the property is a little confusing and not having a 24/7 from desk is not very helpful.

Hotel is easy walking distance from Rome termin station, loads of supermarkets nearby, restaurants and takeaways. Room was easy to access via WhatsApp detail as reception only managed 8-1pm or 2pm, they reply quickly to questions. Strong WiFi, clean has hairdryer and safe in room, wardrobe with plenty hangers, only issue was no kettle in room but one in lobby you can use. No clothes hangers in bathroom for towels, so used hangers from wardrobe for towels instead. Staff were friendly and helpful and we used there luggage storage on check out day as late flight. Bed was comfortable no issues durning our stay, very convenient safe stay, I would recommend property to people.

Lovely property and the staff member at the desk gave us helpful information on local attractions and how to orient ourselves from the property. Such a calm space in a lovely building with a nice view of the basilica from our room too!
