"For easy access to Rome, this is great value. A short, frequently departing train ride takes you onto the city centre metro system and the cycle path along the River Tiber takes you door to door. Driving into the city is easy but varies with congestion at dufferent times and requires finding somewhere to park - and road access to the site itself can be quite bewildering. The site has a great laundry and shower/toilet block, as well as washing up space, so the bungalows really are self catering. However, we booked a standard bungalow and it was ok but not great. No real space to prepare food and only a small fridge, and quite well worn. It looked like it would have been well worth booking a superior bungalow. That said, the air conditioning worked well, which was the most important condition. The site was quite noisy: grass cutting, party music from the adjacent sports club and a convention of Vesoa enthusiasts buzzing around at all hours disturbed out peace. But its a campsite, in Rome, for this price. No complaints. We would stay here again, in a better bungalow."

"The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!"

"We needed to accommodate 5 people and the room was all the way up on the 4th floor. To their standards the first floor is level 0. There is no elevator and my mom fell on the stairs because their lights on the 3rd to 4th floor shuts off too soon. The light will not turn back on until in front of the room door. Also our bed broke. It appears the boards were taped up before in an attempt to repair. We had to wait two days before it was fixed. We were only able to speak with one person that spoke English at the time of the check in. I was unable to complain to anyone due to lack of communication. My husband was also very annoyed a the tiny boxed shower even though he is a slender man. Needless to say I had to creep in sideways to slide through the doors. Staff was overall very nice especially at breakfast. The male server is a gem. Understood half of what he said but very sweet. "

"There wasn’t anything around there there was a bus station right there so I needed to take 2 busses and a train to get anywhere. the staff were amazing helped me out a lot and they let me stay past checkout since my flight was later in the day, and they gave me a ride to the airport for a lot cheaper then anywhere else. The rooms weren’t anything crazy but there was everything I needed in there. The compound was absolutely beautiful !"
