"The location is great and the restaurants are plenty with good options.
The hotel experience was a challenge. Check in kiosks make it easy but not really. We were in the North Tower which we couldn't find. We asked 3 different people who gave us the wrong directions. We went to every tower until we found the right one. The check out at the kiosks also did not work. Sometimes having a human help you would be nice, even if it costs more than the DIY system imposed on us.
Our room was large with a view of a wall and driveway. The shower did not work correctly so we had stagnant water in the tub with every showering - not great. The bed was soft and the pillows were firm, so I had a sore neck and back when we left.
Overall, I liked the casino and food options. But the hotel is uncomfortable and inconvenient.
We won't stay here again."
