"This property is highly unique. I travel quite a bit and have never had the pleasure of staying in a pimped-out treehouse. It awakened the little boy in me. I wished there were more of these around the country. The design and layout of the property, along with the decoration, are exquisite. The staff is filled with Southern hospitality. "We truly enjoyed our stay at Hu Hotel. We wanted to be close enough to walk to Beale St and far enough away. It was absolutely the perfect location. Very quiet , rooms were clean and staff was very nice and helpful! The only issue we had was ice. You had to ask for ice on the first floor. Not a huge complaint. Just a little inconvenience. But would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"Comfortable and updated room. Very clean however some odors especially from cigarette smoke. Friendly and helpful staff. The bare minimum for free breakfast, cereal, toast, waffle, and juice / coffee. Weak intenet wifi. "
