"Very convenient location to stay at when enjoying an event at the OLG Stage. I have one suggestion. For a Hilton hotel of this calibre, they should install comfort height toilets. I’m tall and for those with knee/joint/mobility issues nothing is worse than having to drop down on a short toilet."

"First, I booked the Canadian Fallsview Hotel at Oaks Hotel. However, they changed my reservation to Hilton Fallsview, which was a completely different place. The view wasn’t great, and they added an extra $100 to my original Expedia bill, plus parking fees, even though they didn’t compensate me for the change."

"It was our first time staying at The Tower Hotel Fallsview. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in earlier. The room was very clean and has a nice view. The hotel parking is a little far away but they have a shuttle service so it is convenient. The hotel looks simple, not fancy but the service is absolutely perfect. From our perspective of the hotel, we would rate this hotel for a 4.5 stars "

"I will definitely be staying here again! The bed was comfy and there was no noise from the streets. I stayed in room 1223 and it’s right next to the elevators with a king bed. The ac was cold and stayed on for extra white noise which I love because it helps me sleep. The Throwback restaurant and bar is out the front door of the hotel and take 2 lefts. It’s a great spot to watch sports and eat."

"The staff was awesome! Everyone frim frint desk to cleaning was very friendly and helpful. The bunk bed room was very small with no fridge. However, the room was very clean. The shared bathrooms were kept very clean. I would stay here again. The location was an easy walk to the E, F, and 6 train on 3rd Ave. Also had the Lexington Ave Stop available as well. The roof deck was very relaxing and peaceful."

"We stayed at Marriott Niagara Falls for 2 nights and overall the hotel was clean, but the service did not match the price we paid. Our stay cost $679 for only two nights, which in my opinion is not inexpensive. One major disappointment was housekeeping. Yesterday, when we returned from our excursion around 6 PM, our room had not been cleaned — the trash was still there, the towels had not been replaced, and the beds had not been made. I had to call and eventually even go to the front desk...
