"The room was nice. TV was off line for live tv. Breakfast ran out of coffee, which was very unusual. The breakfast meal was hot and had a nice selection. Normally, hotels have the back up ready already. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive. Our biggest concern was that we waited an hour for the shuttle at the airport to the hotel. "Pleasant stay overall. Conveniently located in El Segundo - easy commute to/fro work place. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel provided free daily breakfast - simple yet sumptuous rotating between bacon, sausages, etc each other day. Front counter provided hot water, coffee, tea bags and hot cocoa for guests. Overall good experience. Be great if each room can still come with a kettle in addition to the coffee maker and optional for guests to receive disposable room slippers would made perfect...

"Poor communication"

"Booked online. Motel did not honor booking. I was turned away at front desk. Paid for room and asked to leave. Had to pay for parking as check in staff on phone and missed 15 mins check in parking. The parking clerk was able to use my google wallet debit card ..the check in clerk refused it."

"I honestly boked the incorrect Hilton Garden Inn LAX. I was disappointed at first because my daughter booked the other one. But there was literally no need for me to be disappointed. I had a great stay. The staff was so friendly. The Hotel was clean. I had the best sleep. I would stay there again."
