From the moment we checked in we had a great experience. LC at the check-in was very helpful for us first time vistors to LA. He suggested few spots for us to check-out. Lily the bartender was incredible. The hotel itself needs to get her some help. She is slinging drinks and cooking food. That shouldn't happen. Looks like her service isnt up to par but shes being pulled in to many directions. Overall a great stay.
