I went out from the room and when I came back to the room I noticed my room was cleaned by the housekeeping but one of my personal belongings was missing. I went to the front reception desk and spoke to the manager Ashley. The manager Ashley told me she will look into it and will ask the housekeeping and she will get back to me and compensate it. My flight was early morning next day. I asked Ashely if she can give me her contact email so that I can be in touch as I’m flying off in the morning and I will leave 4am morning. She told me that she will email me her information in 5 mins and will be in touch but sadly she did not responded back to me at all. Very poor customer service and care. Very disappointing. I’m still waiting for her email and to contact me regarding my personal belongings missing and how she will compensate it. Looks like she tried to ignore the situation as she knew I’m flying out early morning. Also the parking you have to pay for it. This place does not give free parking to their customers. US $40 per night. Very expensive. I booked the suite room that has the kitchen but there was no utensils in the kitchen to use. Nothing. I would not recommend this place.
