"I rarely write reviews but I really need to warn others. I am willing to edit this rating if there are concrete improvement plans.
Unfortunately it was a very frustrating ordeal to get the key. The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....

"Provide better instructions on retrieving keys and contact person. Leave instructions in unit on how to use water heater/ AC. We figured out at the end of the stay how to get hot water in the shower.
Ensure equipment are functional and not broken. Faucet in the master bedroom was broken.
