"I would not recommend staying here. The rooms do not look as good as the pictures. The place is not that clean and the pool is very crowded at night. I regret staying here because there were so many better hotel options in the area."

We are platinum travelers and our flight to Borneo was rescheduled 3 times. They didn't care at all. They would not refund any of our money. I would never go back here ever."
