"1. Loved the room & the view 2. I had requested a smoking room in my reservations & even sent a message to remind. I received an email back saying allocation is based on availability. But during check-in I was informed that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Would be good if I was informed of this prior so I can manage expectations. "

"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests. I do not know why check in takes this long. When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins. Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes for my booking. Room is also dusty, and the toiletries tray is full of dust. I will not stay here again."

"Booked it for business event. Staff is very nice to give us the executive room with a separate working room. Overall everything went well, hotel are able to send us more chairs after our request, my guests are able to get free parking. Just that the Wifi couldn't connect on the second day due to reached amount of users."
