Although it's a lot of mosquitoes but still worth to stay at here, apply thick lotion to avoid it. The Beach nearby is amazing, the cafe near the beach and the breakfast provided are delicious ....Bed is comfortable, and the water @ bath room is big enough for a rain shower... The resort has four 4dogs, husky named "Jing", and other two small dogs named Vodka and Whiskey.. hope to meet them again..

Had my great vacation at Koh Lipe with 2 nights stayed at the resort. within walking distance to Walking Street took about 10 to 15mins, they provided free shuttle transfer for check in and check out as well. Lovely hotel with nice facilities. Room was a good size and very comfortable. When paying for food for lunch and dinner it was delicious and very good quality, however the breakfast was not at the same standard. It would be nice to have a few more options and both mornings our cooked breakfasts were served cold.

Friendly staff who were ever ready to assist.

We had a great stay at Bundhaya Villa Beach Front Villa for 3 nights. It started off with their staff waited us at the immigration check in point, helped us with luggage to the reception. The Bundhaya villa is right beside the immigration so it only took 3 minutes to reach the reception. We were welcomed by orange juices and cold towels. Good value for money. Clean and nice rooms, with breakfast delivered to your door step. Very helpful and friendly staffs, who also provided transport to and from the immigration. Could see the sunrise from our room too as it is right by the beach

It is beautiful beach front resort towards the end of Pattaya beach. I find this place calm, relax and peaceful. The only sad part, i got bitten by 6 inch centipede on my last night there at the middle of the night when i was sleeping. I didn’t know what it was until I came back from treatment from the clinic. I found the centipede underneath the blanket. It was such a painful experience for me.

The best thing about this Hotel is the location and the beautiful beach...we were there with 2 kids and they manage to even snorkel just few steps away frm our room and discovered more than 10 species of fishes... We were very dissapointed with the bathroom and the water supply...it was very little...hardly could shower properly.... The staffs...most of them was very friendly especially Ms Ann n Ms Beer at the reception...Ms Ann was so helpful and took the extra mile just to make sure we are...

My wife and I spent 7 nights in a Big Beach Front Breezy bungalow and absolutely loved it. Perfect location and superb view. The bungalows are fairly basic so if you are looking for luxury, look elswhere.The lack of hot water for showers was not a problem for us as the weather was hot and a cool shower was quite refreshing.
