They promised us the room would be ready in 20 minutes, and after 20 minutes, we politely asked and out of nowhere, both front desk ladies gave us an attitude with a face! "What a beautiful place to stay! The staff, location and accommodation were excellent. We stayed in a pool access room. It was luxuriously huge and having the access to the extensive pool network, you rarely saw another person. Food at the restaurant was top quality and the 4-8pm buy 1 get 1 cocktails were lovely. The grounds are a tropical paradise and they look after your ferry transfers inward and outward. Thank you to the team!"
