"Avoid this hotel! The service at this hotel is the worst I have ever experienced! They promised us the room would be ready in 20 minutes, and after 20 minutes, we politely asked and out of nowhere, both front desk ladies gave us an attitude with a face! We tried to chill and they promised us another 20 mins, and again, after the 20 mins, they still didn't bother to update us until we asked again. Again, the room is still not ready.
